Costs are: £1,600.00 if paid before 20th December 2010.
£1,650.00 if paid after 20th December 2010.
These differences are due to V.A.T. increases from 17 1/2 % to 20%.
Pitches are from 4th March 2011 until 6th November 2011.

Costs
All makes and size of vans can be sourced and supplied by our selves, subject to Plot availability.
Yearly fees are as follows: Ground rent year 2010 - £ 1,850,00
Electric charged at units used, pay’d once a year in Oct.
Gas paid as and when required by bottle.
The Season runs from the first weekend in March, until the first weekend in January.
All static vans are sited with two 47kg gas bottles, a gas cabinet with change over valve and T.V. aerial and van access steps.

Life of vans from new is 12 years + 3 years on annual chassis inspection (15 years).
Life of vans second ownership, is 12 years minus the van age.
